An opening of one's knowledge, capabilities, vision and guidance. The Kenaz is about creating a relationship, learning and allowing room for interpretation. When you are in the darkness,an opening with light is the best and most gracious thing to have bestowed upon you. This is a great time for putting energies into new opportunities. Come share my world as I see it.

"Faithful to the values of caring and solidarity that our country holds so dear, Corporal Baker volunteered to support the mission in Afghanistan that Canada is carrying out alongside other NATO member countries. Together with his brothers and sisters in arms, he was prepared to take on a difficult and dangerous environment."-Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaƫlle Jean, Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada

Corporal Joshua Caleb Baker, 24, a member of the Loyal Edmonton Regiment, is the 2nd soldier killed in Afghanistan in 2010.

Corporal Baker was killed in a training accident near Khandahar. Apparently this was continuing weapons training, which is standard training to keep a soldier's skills honed and keep him sharp.

Corporal Baker was based in Edmonton, Alberta with the Loyal Edmonton Regiment, a reserve unit also known as 4 PPCLI. He was serving with the Kandahar Provincial Reconstruction Team.
