Recipe For Mom Oliphants Maple Syrup Tarts

This has got to be the easiest tart recipe going and delicious too. This will make about a dozen tarts.

2 Eggs
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 TSP Vinegar
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
6 TBSPS Melted Butter
2/3 Cup Raisins

Beat eggs until blended. add sugar, salt, vinegar, maple syrup. Mix well and add butter and raisins. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 degrees and continue baking for another 20-25 minutes.
