Going Old School

I was going through some of my Dad's old record albums and pulled out these classics and decided to create these projects using digital pictures of the covers. I've added some interesting facts about the artists. We all know "Hank", "Willie" and "Johnny" by first name but some may not know the Canadian legends "Stomping Tom Conners" or "The Irish Rovers" very well so I've included them as well. All these artists music played generations before my time but they are all still relevant in their messages and sounds so much better on vinyl than CD or MP3. It's a shame that radio ignores these great artists talents, oh well as long as the record player still works, I will keep the message of these balladeer's alive.

Be a cool cat. Not a dumb rat

This weekend I've drawn a couple of new cartoons depicting my take on the scourge that taken over our society. Once again it features my lovable cat friends telling you that there's nothing wrong with being a hard working blue collar worker and contributor to society. Meanwhile the "Dead Rats" prove that there is everything wrong in believing in the gang life.

A Dogs Lunch

In many urban centres plagues of vermon have taken once respectable nebourhoods and reduced them to bleak, dirty sespools of crime, gangs, drugs and violence. This cartoon depicts the future if we start now. A stand against these "dogs of war" and turning our communities from a dogs lunch back into the cats meow.

My Logo Designs

These are four logo designs that I created with the aid of a online screenprinting company. The first two designs are called "pride". The third is what I use for an avitar to link this site to my live365 online radio site. This logo is homage to my parents and features an elephant with an ivy bush intertwined around its tust. The fourth logo features a celtic cross and my family moto "A Tout Provoir" meaning "All Will Be Provided".
